   • 5 projects: 2x10 MW, 2x15 MW, and 25 MW
   • Possibility of acquiring the project and land immediately, GUP (General Urban Plan) approval obtained
   • Option for acquisition in RTB phase or "turnkey"
3. Photovoltaic Power Plant - Croatia, Dalmatia: 20 MW/25 MW
   • Acquisition of project/SPV with land, confirmed conceptual design, and Energy Approval (EOTERP)

4. Hydropower Plant - Serbia: 0.75 MW (2.7 GWh/year)
   • Initial phase - document preparation
